Project Overview
WorkSync is an Employee Management platform designed to streamline the management of employee data, performance tracking, and payroll processing. Utilizing my expertise in frontend and backend development, I built a robust and efficient system that enhances the HR management experience, ensuring secure and smooth operations for all user roles including HR, Admin, and general users.
I leveraged modern technologies like React, Node.js, and MongoDB, and integrated with Stripe for secure payroll management. The inspiration for the user interface came from analyzing various HR management platforms and incorporating best practices to deliver a user-friendly experience.
